- In Med City/Underground Tunnels. From Med City recall, go all E until you have exited the City, then go all S through "Beautiful Gardens" until you are on the river. (Get a boat or levitate to go on the river.) Go W then N up the river until you see a south exit called "The Underground Jetty." Go south here, then look around in the nearby rooms for this mob.
